      Pros

      Community is ok, a lot of challenging work which is great for beginners to get experience, over-time bonuses and yearly team-buildings

      Cons

      Depending on the project ( which will switch pretty often as they reassign resources ) , you might meet some hard to achieve deadlines and might be required to work extra in your own time - but always paid and taken in consideration for raises.

      Cons

      No cons till now. For my career approach, work-life balance ... is good as it is now.
