Pros

Great management team, great culture, safe and clean facility, awesome location. The company treats employees very well, many employee events, recognition, and opportunities for advancement and training. Employees are team players and professional, it is a fun place to work. Stable and growing.

Cons

Insurance is a bit high.

This in an excellent company to work for the Aerospace and Defense Industry, good and very skilled hard workers and a lot of growth opportunities.

Pros

Great job to start career. Allows you to grow and learn in a fast paced environment. Everyone is easy to reach out to you have a question or concern.

Cons

The paperwork needs a lot of improvement. Production operators need to be trained thoroughly and more often. Document control and flow down need improvements as well. Need better equipment and tools around the facility.
