Pros

Interesting and varied design work, competitive salary, great and supportive team, company provides a MacBook for work.

Cons

This might be a downside for some, but if you want to push your KPI above 100% and earn extra bonuses on top of your salary, you'll need to put in a lot of extra work. That said, it's not required — you can also just hit 100% KPI and work at a more moderate pace.
