Pros

Getting to work on some really cool events and videos, big time product launches and the like. Getting to Network with great artists and producers in the VFX industry. Eli Goral and the Video team are world class talents and will do great things.

Cons

Terrible hours, terrible pay, unrealistic expectations, bad leadership, no passion, or vision to do great things. Free Lance artist are ran ragged. And as Mentioned in a previous review, dealing with HR is really difficult.

Pros

RUN Headquarters building is beautiful and in a good location to downtown Seattle.

Cons

Management is not focused on employee morale and has no plan of action to fix. Work-life balance is not present in this environment. There is no opportunity to work from home and if you take a vacation, it is rare to completely shut off your work email. Parking reimbursement is very low for the city of Seattle (parking should be included in your salary). Medical benefits are very the worst I've seen and the 401K vesting period is 6 years. A lot of internal conflicts and drama that trickles down to everyone in the company and unfortunately affects day-to-day.

Pros

It is work and you get paid ( low pay )

Cons

Employees are ran by the HR department so if you have an issue with you boss you are treated in a very hustle way Pushing employees from w2 to 1099 to avoid vacation and Holladay pay. Sick time forget it. Just come to work sick. Watch your back with this company, they do have people trying to find things wrong with you, not to see if you are going a good job
