Pros

I joined Rygor working in customer service. At the start I thought everyone was friendly and approachable, however as time passed by I started to notice some bad behaviours from management and staff members. Very male dominated industry, they have good values that sadly aren't followed . The leadership team on this site was acting at their own discretion without actually supporting people and making it a good place to work in professional and respectful environment. I didn't appreciate the language use on site by some people. There wasn't much diversity and inclusion. Poor Systems and IT. No support from the people at the top. People tent to cover their tracks when they made mistakes or take credit for others merits. Pros : Salary and free coffee

Cons

Long Hours. False promises. Favouritism within the company.

Pros

A few senior techs were helpful but they were stretched thin.

Cons

Terrible training - most of the time I was left on my own with no help or little instruction. When I asked questions I was just ignored. And would be constantly cleaning other people’s mess even for weeks at a time all I would do was clean the work shop. No Real Progression - they say it’s an apprenticeship but it’s just cheap labour for them with no focus on development as they can’t retain any staff. Disorganised management - no clear direction at all last minute changes and dodgy work in order to hit thin delivery times to the customer. Overworked - constantly doing multiple people’s jobs and handovers constantly cleaning other people’s mess when they are stood around doing nothing. And management doesn’t seem to care as an Apprentice ur kinda just told to accept it. Sad Pay - the pay Rygor offers its apprentice is so bad they offer the minimum when the work out put is the maximum compared to every other place I switched to a different dealership and get substantially more money in the same position with better quality work.
