Thrapston plant - Unorganised chaos

Pros

´The salary was the only good point really.

Cons

A blame culture,No real leadership from managers/ supervisors who constantly blame someone instead of looking at the root cause of the problems ie them selves and especially the logistics/warehouse manager who needs to learn and improve her management skills 100% and listen to people with much more technical knowledge. Also a culture where management appear to promote close relatives to supervisory roles. HR at Thrapston an utter joke, after over 1 year I and others had still never had a proper induction course and in fact never met her or knew who she was !! Health and safety, whilst what was requested regarding this matter, in reality it was never really used in practice, just lip service really to cover themselves
