Supportive leadership, good team culture, collaborative environment.
I had a really positive experience working at SAVii. What stood out the most to me was the leadership. My manager was genuinely one of the best I’ve worked w/. They were supportive, fair, and trusted the team to do our work while still being available whenever guidance was needed. It made a big difference in how motivated and comfortable the team felt.
The team culture was also great. People were collaborative, approachable, and willing to help each other out. It felt like everyone was working toward the same goals rather than competing w/ each other.
Overall, it was a good place to grow and learn. My experience there was largely shaped by the people I worked w/, and I’m really grateful for the support and mentorship I received during my time.
