Pros
It works under a brand name SHARP which is well established with the effort and time of Japanese and other subsidiary units which is enjoyed by the incompetent staff in Bangalore. Nice ambient work place with the help of parent company's funding. You get to work with fancy electronic gadgets and devices.
Cons
Most of the senior staffs are incompetent. Senior staffs bring in candidates through reference who would have failed all company selections in the past and have nowhere to go and as a result are again incompetent. Most of the staffs cant speak English properly. Salary is way below expectations. Working on saturdays and sundays becomes implicit and a regular practice.
