    Pros

    People there are nice and friendly. The canteen has alot of cheap food varieties.

    Cons

    Company management structure is too rigid. Learning curve is very steep without proper training.

    Advice to Management

    Please be more attentive to employees' welfare.

    - Decent pay
    - Medical benefits
    - Annual leave entitlement
    - Staff travel perks

    - No more big bonus like before
    - 'Deadwood'
    - Lack of discipline on a significant number of staff

    Advice to Management

    1. Discipline within the company needs to pick up because it is affecting the morale of disciplined ones especially in Ops divisions
    2. Management seems to be have weak knees against SIA group customers, e.g. MI & SQ.
    3. Lack of cooperation between divisions, sometimes due to individual KPIs.

    Lack of progression, company on a decline (gone were the days with 3 months bonus), expecting 1 month for now.
