      Pros

      Great management is very understanding. The company understands the cost of living and compensates generously!

      Cons

      Smaller company with out benefits. Company is not large enough to afford an estimator/ bidder. Seems like everything rests on the shoulders of the President. Too bad he cannot find some good help who would be willing to help grow the company with him for part of the equity.
