Bonus above standard market rate. Friendly employees Good place for people who wants a stable job till they retire

Cons

Have to wait 15 months to get the bonus. (Eg Jan 14-dec 14's bonus, u will only get in march 15) MC cannot exceed 6 days in a year, if not bonus will be affected. Pay way below market rate Micro management from snr management Employees have no say at all Expected to do OT even when have nothing to do

Pros

Salaries receive on time, have its own carpark, u wouldn't need to pay parking fee. I'm just waiting to finish my bond.

Cons

Pro foreigners. Can't speak proper english during meeting or lead the project. I have seen how those PRC (PR) cut corners or made terrible calculation mistakes when designing naval ships and dare not own up. Their appraisal will still have better grade in the end, make your guess.

Company transport Good if don't mind no growth Good if just follow only Canteen

Cons

Short lunch time (45 min), cannot leave early and come back late. Every min counts. Management will not bother with your learning needs, only what areas they want to fill. No clear direction from bosses. Make an emergency out of their poor ground planning.
