Pros

Amazing benefits. Some of the best I've had at any company. Some of the people are truly wonderful, genuine and hard working. Beautiful office. Frequent happy hours and events. Good snacks. Super exciting industry with mass amounts of growth - a stable place to be.

Cons

Hoping some poor soul sees this before they pay to delete it. (yes they do that, and have been doing that for the last several reviews left here). Please just say no. The only benefit to working here is if you get a position working outside of Denver HQ. The HQ in Denver houses some of the most toxic people I have ever met - DO NOT be fooled by the fake front they put on to lure you in or the money they offer you - none of it is worth it. Not a single bit. Your mental health will be destroyed. This place is micromanaged from the top down creating frequent bottlenecks in work. There are some disgusting behaviors that are allowed to continue here, and many employees who are truly bad apples are protected by people at the top. In my time here I have been screamed at, (yes, screamed), belittled, and treated with no fairness or respect/human decency. I attempted to speak to my manager to advocate for myself over how much I am struggling, it was met with hostility and no change. Do not work here. I am begging you do not work here, at least not in the Denver HQ. It will be the biggest regret and mistake of your life. Other cons - zero upward growth opportunities, incredibly rude administrative support staff, little flexibility, huge lack of trust or accountability, psychotic C-suite and senior management, power trips, massive egos, an overall aura of misery in the office. I cannot wait to leave this place!

Steady Decline

Pros

Very good benefit package. Free covered parking.

Cons

Hopefully this won’t get deleted but people should know what they’re signing up for: intense pressure for perfection. C-Suite ignores awful management at lower levels. Turnover is very high in the HQ office. Employees are overworked and their requests for help are often ignored. Lots of people taking mental health leave. New deals are pushed forward with no map as to how things will be executed by the worker bees. Money over people every time.

Incohesive Teams and Irresponsible Management

Pros

Do not let the wage fool you; there is no pro to speak of when it comes to this company. The salary you would make would incorporate your benefits because this company continues to cut benefit costs and pass them along to the employees as frequently as possible.

Cons

From the CEO to the individuals doing the legwork. This company has a core of hatred, and its management encourages it. Many employees do not provide effort, and the ones who do care are pushed to the side. If you value your professional future and your sanity, do not apply to this company in any form. This company also treats its vendors with absolute disrespect.
