    Pros

    Good location and well behaved students from good families.

    Cons

    Worst management I have ever seen in my life. They have no clue what they want.
    High turnout ratio.
    Politics in every department and poor condition of classrooms. It is actually an old house which is treated as university campus.

    Advice to Management

    Let teachers work without screwing them.

    Good Academic staff in department

    Cons

    Administration is crap and is full of people who don't know even 'A' of academics.

    Department is very helpful and encouraging

    Everything.
    Classes are poor.
    Administration thinks its a school.
    They think its a money making machine and employees don't matter.

    get your act right

    i can study there aswell while working. not only this but your co workers are co operative and they help you work harder with it .

    I worked at SZABIST full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    we had a great team ever, no bossy environment everyone listen to everyone that was the beauty of work place those days!

    Cons

    Some internal politics but never got in puff, always controllable with muscular reasoning

    Advice to Management

    Do join szabist as an employee because it’s a best institute in Pakistan where most of the intellectual, academic, intelligent and creative people teach and working there.
