      Everyone around me seemed to hate their jobs.

      Pros

      - A lot of freedom in time. As long as your work is done, they don't babysit you. - Freedom in position. I was not micro-managed. I owned my job.

      Cons

      Pretty depressing atmosphere - a lot of complaining from co-workers. It seemed like nobody really likes working here. People tried to warn me before I accepted the position, but I didn't listen.
