      Doctor is caring, knowledgeable and really listens to employee concerns and suggestions for improvement.

      Cons

      Some former employees created drama, didn't take their responsibilities serious or complained about having to do their jobs but thankfully they have left.

      Pretty office, updated equipment, loved the patients

      Cons

      Doctor continually overbooked schedule with no regard for employees and then blamed them for long patient wait times. He did cope well with high stress situations. Blamed patients for poor surgery outcomes. Made it a common practice to point out your mistakes in front of patients. Would call and text several times when out sick and ask employees to come in knowing staff tested positive for COVID. Had no concern or compassion for his employees
