      Pros

      SaneBox is an awesome company, the benefits are much, much better than most other companies. Things are really flat, the leadership is down to earth and laser focused on solving customer problems along with treating their employees fairly. The great thing about working remotely is that if you need to take a break at any time, it's fine, productivity is measured in results, not how many hours you're glued to a chair in a cubicle. One of the best things though, is that you get to work on challenging problems with a direct impact on the customer.

      Cons

      Smaller companies are difficult, working for them is challenging, it's pretty busy most of the time.

      Pros

      Our cycles are super fast, we do releases almost evert day and iterate on product and learn very quickly. Since we're a small team, there's no politics and your responsibilities are as broad as you can handle. The benefits are fantastic (great health, dental, vision, 401K contribution etc). The team is fun and easy going, although we all work very hard. The hours are very flexible (many of us have kids so it's completely normal to take an afternoon off to go to a pre-school event).

      Cons

      If you're used to (and like) working at a large company, this probably isn't the place for you. We're going after a very big opportunity so there's no time to waste. We don't have an extensive training program; you're pretty much expected to learn on the job. Although the hours are flexible, we all work very hard. But good news is it doesn't feel like a job - rather a common cause we're all working towards.

      Pros

      SaneBox is a small company; each worker is remote with locations all over the US. Great work/life balance -- flexible about hours and scheduling. Management is proactive about advancement and compensation. The benefits package is really great, much better than you would find at a similar company. And best of all, you get to work on challenging problems that really impact your customers everyday life.

      Cons

      Small company means that we're often very busy; multi-tasking is required.
