    Pros

    Very stimulating environment - bright hard working people - very creative

    Cons

    Management didn't know what to do - was focus on the wrong things and kept VPs in place that should have been put on the farm

    Advice to Management

    No point since SRI shut down Sarnoff becasue it couldn't manage itself

    the company is in the contract research business. Basically, they sell the brain power to customers who need help.

    Cons

    you would be under pressure if your research projects do not progress fast enough.

    GE bought out RCA and gave Laboratories to another group. This destroyed all the old working relationships with manufacturing divisions..

    Management is clueless. Get freshers assigned to big projects without training.
