Pros
Satcon pays well and has decent benefits. It is exciting to work in a volatile industry such as solar, but often is very stressful.
Cons
Absolutely terrible self centered management. Decisions are often made with little to no research, often leading to disastrous results. Proper business practices are put aside in favor or a "go as fast as you can to reduce time to market" mentality. Company reorganization will happen often and somehow you are always the last person to know that you have a new title or boss.
