      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to learn and develop whether someone is coming right of college or is a seasoned professional - that is one of the best traits of a small company. Most of the team is hard working, smart and always looking to do the next best thing. Senior management is only made up of 4 members (CEO, CFO, CRO, CTO) so there isn't a lot of red tape. Development, Product and Sales work well together. Company has been recognized for many cool awards.
