      Pros

      Inspiring mission focused on making Bitcoin mining accessible and sustainable. Transparent and approachable leadership — everyone’s ideas are heard and valued. Collaborative remote culture with genuine, motivated teammates. Fast-paced environment that encourages ownership and learning. Strong focus on innovation and long-term vision in an emerging industry.

      Cons

      As with any startup, priorities can shift quickly — adaptability is key. Processes are still being built out as the company grows. Workload can be intense at times, but the learning experience is worth it.

      -You get to work with some of the smartest people in the world -You're in a work environment that is passionate about Sazmining's mission -You learn from your coworkers -Sazmining embodies a meritocracy, so you can instantly begin contributing at a high level without being hindered by your position's title. -Remote only environment provides additional flexibility -You're on the bleeding edge of technology and building infrastructure for the future -You're combatting global warming and improving the way humanity relates to energy & money

      Cons

      -It required more work than a traditional job. You will not enjoy working at Sazmining if you only care about collecting a paycheck.

      Pros

      Sazmining is a powerhouse team comprised of some of the most talented and accomplished individuals I've had the pleasure of working with. Although the mission of providing retail bitcoin mining to the general public is extremely ambitious, this is absolutely the group of folks that are needed to accomplish it at scale.

      Cons

      It's still a very young organization and processes & SOPs are being solidified as we learn and scale, but I wouldn't quite call that a con as much as a natural part of growing an organization.
