Pros

-Cool downtown office? Although this has become a place of dread since the owners care little to none on new COVID normalcy

Cons

-Benefits stripped -Little to no plan for moral improvement and continual foster of "boys club" mentality -Acquiring playbook for companies has nothing to do with long term sustainable growth and everything to do with forced price changes and gutting spend towards employees -Frequent hiring of unskilled execs operating in a role they have no experience in -Incredibly high turn over for actual Scaleworks employees -No HR (don't let them lie to you on this- they have none just accountants and some people shaving numbers off your 401k contributions, potential salary increases, etc)

Pros

Nice office, several benefit options offered. Workday is from 9-6 , M-F. Parking available in parking garage.

Cons

Some benefits are expensive. The company is experiencing growing pains. Management doesn't have a clear direction in what they want.

Pros

Unlimited PTO was a win-win: I got to stay sane by avoiding the toxic sludge pit Scaleworks created and Scaleworks got to avoid paying out any of the time I'd accrued before they acquired my company and wiped out the rest of my benefits.

Cons

Trashed a previously amazing company culture in a matter of months. Gutted benefits. Traded product knowledge for rapid-fire platitudes. Cut headcount down to the bone, whipped out a bone saw, and kept on slicing. The reviewer from May 5, 2022 is still dead on, point for point: Scaleworks a boys' club with zero interest in retaining employees who actually know what they're doing.
