      Pros

      - Great company culture and nice people. Very international. - Interesting work and good management - Some hybrid work: 1 set home office day per week and letting international workers work from their home country for up to 3 weeks

      Cons

      - Would be nice to have even more flexibility in terms of remote/hybrid work

      Very friendly Open doors approach including every single person working in the company Helping atmosphere Good salary Colleagues you want to work with Challenging work Work/life balance Very little meetings English is a corporate language National diversity Active listening is what company appreciate Helping with apartment questions Helping with blue card Helping with integration in Bonn Helping with a lot of personal things as I am new in a country All departments improving something all the time
