I have been working at Score Marketing full-time

    Pros

Coming into this position, I really just thought it would be a day to day sales job, but it really isn't. I have learned so much of the business, as far as marketing, talking to people, building my confidence, advertising, brand marketing, and so much more. There really is so much more to this business than just the sales aspect. I am glad I took the chance and have really set myself up with a career here.

    Cons

Expect to work some longer days, but that's just to better yourself and really get comfortable in the field.

    Advice to Management

I love the training every day. I learn something new every day and try to apply that to my day to day life, so please continue the training and teaching you offer.

I have been working at Score Marketing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I really don't get why people say this isn't a real company. I have been with this company for a couple months, and there's nothing "fake" about it. This might not be for everyone, and that's okay, but it doesn't mean that it's not real. I have learned so much within the last couple months of being here. They offer a great training program, we have conference calls a couple times a week, we get paid every week, and we come to the office every day. I personally enjoy the the job, the work, and my co workers and managers. I feel that everyone is very supportive and helpful.

    Cons

It is very team friendly here, you hardly every work alone, so if you are looking for a 9-5, cubicle job, this isn't it.

    Advice to Management

I love the team nights, and the positive energy that all the managers bring every day.

I have been working at Score Marketing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The main aspect I can stress about this company is how team oriented they are. From the day I started I could tell this would be an environment I would enjoy, coming from a sports background, I love the team atmosphere. I never felt by myself or isolated because everyone is so helpful and supportive. In the mornings we get to train together and brain storm and then go work together. Once a week we have team nights, where we get to bond more outside of work. I really just love this aspect and enjoy that they incorporate this so much into their values and principals.

    Cons

If you like working by yourself or more one on one in an office atmosphere, then this won't be for you.

    Advice to Management

Love the team nights and everything you do to maintain that presence in the office.

    Pros

    Good people to work with.

    Cons

All of your ability to get promoted has to do with customers, not with you. You can be the best at what you do, but it all comes down to the customers that actually want the product. You work 8 hours days 6 days a week to interact with a few customers and might be able to get a sale.

    Advice to Management

    Better training.

I have been working at Score Marketing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I like that they work with my schedule, since I am still in school, they have always been good about balancing my work and school schedule. I am learning a lot and actually gaining a lot more confidence than I had when I first started working here. I had no experience before I started here in sales or marketing, or anything. Within the couple of months that I have been here, I am better at public speaking, just talking with people in general, and I have learned a lot about marketing, customer service, sales, advertising, and so much more!

    Cons

There are some weekends involved, but again the manager is pretty flexible and will work with your schedule.

    Advice to Management

Keep offering the internship for college students.

I have been working at Score Marketing full-time

    Pros

Score is a great place to work for multiple reasons. One being how much they support and believe in you here. They really do give you all the training and tools you need in order to become successful. Management is great at being flexible with schedules, and offering advice and help whenever it's needed. These are just a couple reasons why I am really happy here.

    Cons

A lot of learning and training in the beginning, but it's just to help you out in the long run.

    Advice to Management

Continue the mentor ship and support.

    Pros

You will not regret leaving this company when it comes time.

    Cons

Close to being a fraudulent company. Extremely high but unrealistic expectations. Lack of respect. Very cold and rude managers. If you do not like to be micro managed then this is not a good management system for such individuals.

    Advice to Management

Please take some new courses on how to be a better manager. Honesty is integrity; so develop more integrity as a company so that managers can be more honest

    Pros

Team Building - nothing else appeared as a pro for me.

    Cons

Online Job Descriptions FALSE. They strategically listed all different types of positions to get more people to apply because a lot of people quit. No matter what position you apply for, Event Marketing Specialist, Assistant Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator etc. the true job responsibility is the same - stand in stores like Walmart and try to get people to sign up for cable or something. Please, please be aware of this. There is nothing wrong with this type of work. I just don't think it right to mislead applicants. Now, I am expecting them to reply to this review claiming it's inaccurate, but that reply will be a lie. Apply for the any of their positions to land an interview and you will see.

    Advice to Management

    Make job listings more accurate.
