Cons
The working hours are very long. We're constantly being made to work overtime, but we're not compensated financially. There's constant pressure to finish tasks very quickly; they don't accept the deadlines we set. They give minimal raises, sometimes not even that. They pay half the market rate. They don't accept mistakes; they only want to overwork their employees and pay them low wages. The company is very bossy; there's a lot of pressure from the owner and management.
