      It’s an product and service based company. Projects are always there to work on. Zero layoffs culture. Friendly Teammates.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure from managers who stays in USA, no proper work timings. They will ping even in the midnight. Doesn’t matter where you are what time your at. They will expect response from you. Minimum 12 to 16 hours average work time the company will consume. Work life balance is zero. To much stress. Hold variable pay. Worst USA team except CEO
