Cons

Extremely small customer service department (1 person) which takes analysts away from their major projects to enter customer orders for several days or back fill shipping personnel needs.

Scientific Support and Service department personnel are second to none. The people are the reason to work at Sebia along with the fact that job as an FSE is a great job!

Cons

The relationship with all departments is not always the best. Mostly do to unrealistic expectations set but certain people.
