      +SF knows how to take care of their employees: Food(whole meals not just fruit in kitchen), massage, physiotherapies on site fully paid, multisport card +Always going forward in tech +Lot of very smart people

      Cons

      -Lot of very smart people -If you fall behind a bit you will be replaced, doesnt matter if it is after 3 months or 3 years.
