I am biased since I am a Co-Founder...so there's that. However, myself and our co-founder believe that when the tide rises, all boats rise. We started this company to create a valuable product and service in a competitive market because we have a unique offering and a great team. We consider all our employees as founders and they enjoy a healthy stake in the success of the business. We are proud to have been able to keep our staff employed through the most difficult times.
Cons
Startup's are grueling in that they operate on a very lean budget and that truly tests the metal of the employees, however, it also affords an opportunity to grow "intellectual muscle" in allowing greater visibility and scope in the operations and providing everyone to be a true stakeholder.
