No professional working environment. most of the time you are doing the owner's personal work and he will ask you anything anytime and then demoralize and scold you without any reason just to satisfy his own ego. not join this company if you are looking for career growth and good opportunities. if you argue with the owner he will terminate you to satisfy his ego. the ower has hired some consultant to help him with the business decision and they will tell you their personal work and if you don't do it they will report to the owner. you will not get a chance to complete your work the owner will always engage you in unnecessary meetings for the whole day and then you have to work extra after 6:00 to complete the work.Management dont trust employees. dont join this company

fraud people,full time politics,fake army officer rank,lick the shoe of management etc....
