Flexible Scheduling, Overtime, and Great Benefits

Cons

It's like being back in highschool. Departments are run on a "do i like you?" basis. The turnover rate is extremely high. Most senior tech when I left wasn't a year in and the 3 techs there when I started had gone. Overworked and underpayed.
