      High autonomy and WLB, unclear promotion path and company vision

      Pros

      High level of autonomy Base salary is competitive but company is stingy with equity WLB is good on most teams

      Cons

      Product has been left with quite a bit of tech and UX debt from long periods of chasing new features. Promotion path is unclear and often depends on opaque "calibration" sessions that offer little in the way of actionable feedback. Management is often very disconnected from the day to day operations of the company. Often changes priorities or processes with little opportunity for feedback. Difficult and crowded market ahead with risk of disruption from AI.

      good engineering talent, feels like one team, fast-moving, good mission-driven org

      Cons

      sometimes a bit aggressive on AI, if not in the SF office you may need to work harder to be visible
