Nothing. Staff disc rate but thats everwhere

Cons

Long hours - not paid overtime. Food in canteen not on professional level. Hard place to work - quite stressful and work overload is something that you need to expect. Uniform not provided from the company. My typical day would start quite early and then quite often I would stay longer after my shift. That is a kind of a workplace culture to do longer hours and that was the hardest part of the job. Not much to enjoy..

Cons

Terrible treatment from senior management. Terribly organised. Very poor benefits. Most staff overworked and unhappy. No sick pay. Toxic environment.
