    Pros

This organization is not perfect (we do have human beings working here!) but the company obviously tries hard to help employees in times of need and challenges. They care about their employees on the job and off the job. It is a place where my career has grown and I am very glad to be here!

    Cons

As I said earlier, it is not a perfect organization but where is?

No room for advancement, poor leadership and management, not sensible for a long term career, no room for advancement, management is clueless, you will be accountable for events out of your control, atrocious culture, management lies, loads of redundant work, does not utilize workers efficiently, management hates minorities especially anyone not jewish. They were only mentioned in STL's "Best places to work" through nepotism.
