- Us vs them mentality between teams. - No work-life Balance - Low compensation package, few benefits, and no equity grant considering it's a startup. - No real leadership, no proper training on leadership skills, initiative, and people's management - Timid line managers, aggressive CEO, not a good combo... - Scrum master micromanagement
