Everyone is so lovely to work with!

Cons

Understaffed, most everyone across all depts are buried in a massive client load with endless requests, no sick or personal days to recover leading to high turnover rate

Great sense of community. Have various events to have all the employees interact. The managers are very nice and everything is explained thoroughly to you when you are training.

Cons

In certain roles there is not much room for improvement and the annual salary increase is awful.
