Pros

Work life balance is great, but they do love their "bums on seats" policy. The end of the work day.

Cons

Toilets are shared with neanderthals so they're often in a terrible state. Management neither care nor listen to advice, they have their own agenda and that generally revolves around fleecing the council of taxpayers money. Management like to see you and not hear you. You're practically treated like a child. Some staff sit around browsing their phones, rarely lifting a finger to contribute. Tea and coffee breaks, smoke breaks, chit-chat breaks... things rarely get done here because everyone is practically on an extended break. People fall asleep in the office. Reassurance is delivered with the goal of shutting you up. Career progression is non existent. They have lots of contractors passing through because they fail to address actual issues. Mish-mash of contracts... it's often confusing who is being affected by what. They hire ignorant boneheads for middle management who micro-manage you being idle. The deluded positive review of this company is prematurely delivered.
