Pretty low/subpar pay for the area & time needed to be invested to even get a career there, 60k a year which is $1850 every two weeks take home without contributing to 401k or savings. I guess "HR" expects you to be able to afford bills at that pay. The bonus was pretty pathetic...one week pay taxed. Found a position paying $100k+ and $16k+ bonus for the same position in a different area. If you love doing Autocad 9+ hrs a day in a cubicle, then this is the company for you. Its honeslty more of an architect company than engineering. Also FW traffic is terrible, so expect a long drive in and out if you live just outside the area.
