Pros

Work from home, unlimited vacation, free food in office.

Cons

Micromanaging leadership, extremely highly politically motivated and very difficult environment. Someone who moved from CS to Product is toxic and very dangerous to the organization. But there is a different kind of relation over there. People are protected when they are special.

Pros

100% remote work and flexible hours, plus unlimited holidays.

Cons

Some people have no clue how to manage this business (been in the industry for decades), and still won't learn from their mistakes. When there is an issue, they quickly scapegoat the employee or blame the customer. For anyone new this is an instant red flag, and it is already a pattern.

Small company where you can have big impact

Great people and culture, good benefits and work/life balance, and surprisingly good opportunities for advancement for a small company if you achieve results.

Cons

Leadership at the highest level is great, they really care and listen, but some managers seem to need basic management training.
