You are given self-paced modules to learn, given 3 chances to pass every quiz. There's A LOT to learn & expected to know what you're doing or you get booted off the phone system. Emailing support is a joke, they respond 3 days later. Some of the Support Team are very nice & willing to help. Others, if you're lucky if they're even paying attention to the chat where agents are asking questions while on a call.
