      They will put you in a situation where instead of directly terminating an employee, they will treat you so poorly or disengage to the extent that eventually you decide to leave on your own. Example- 1.Lack of respect. 2. Excessive micromanagement. 3. Keeping employees out of the information loop. 4. Omitting them from meetings, and when invited, subjecting them to tough questions. 5. Excluding them from social gatherings during lunch and tea breaks. 6. Insufficient training 7. Blaming them for problems and making them the scapegoat.
