      - Any employee would learn the dynamics of survival if the work environment is so extremely challenging and difficult! - Company is extremely good at extracting the best required from the employee!

      Cons

      - They can simply fire you anytime without any valid reason and notice - Financially unstable company - No Work Life Balance - Compensation Benefits not quite good - Delayed Appraisals - Favoritism and Management Politics - Biased Approach towards employees - Losing key accounts and revenues due to issues with delivery and performance
