    Pros

A great nurturing environment where you can feel like you have a voice. Where hard work is rewarded and management makes sure that you maintain a good work life balance. It is a trusting environment with great people. Constantly growing and getting better as a system and a staff. It's always great to see some of your own ideas and work come to life and be used to help the company grow.

    Cons

as in any company, interdepartmental communication can sometimes be an issue. But with everyone dedicated to making this process better it can't be viewed as a con and is constantly improving.

    Advice to Management

We are definitely moving in the right direction so keep it up

    Pros

SignUp4 provides a fun and upbeat work environment. Great place to feel like a contributor and express new ideas. Good work-life balance. Dedicated employees who genuinely care about providing a world class experience for SignUp4 customers.

    Cons

No ice maker in the break room. As with any company, execution of new processes doesn't always happen as seamlessly as the vision for them.

I have been working at SignUp4 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

SignUp4 has been a great work environment. You are constantly given the opportunities for growth. I've been here a few years and I've seen personally the way that management consistently rewards hard work with increasing responsibilities and promotions. It is a workplace that really demonstrates that you get what you give. Management really trusts their employees and this gives us the opportunity live up to that trust. The agile nature of the business also provides an incredible variety of tasks that keeps me interested in all of the different things I'm doing, and also allows me to work with people in all departments.
The work-life balance has been fantastic. Management realizes that everyone has a life outside, and also that if you do work all the time you will get burned out. Paid time off is great, and compensation has been competitive.

    Cons

It is a small company, and if you are not delivering or fulfilling your duties it will be clearly visible. You really need a strong work ethic to thrive. Also, because it is a small company, many roles must be comfortable with working with and getting along with a wide variety of people in many different departments. If you are not able to work with different personality types, this could be difficult.

    Advice to Management

I've had a great experience. Management has never micro-managed. Senior management is great; they are interested in the company and also interested in the culture of the company and their employees.

    I worked at SignUp4 full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Being able to use the skills you have is very rewarding. Company has a product in high demand. Company tries to make the environment fun. Casual attire.

    Cons

Some employees that moved into management have no business being in management. Much of the attitude in the company is, "Don't bother me with problems" instead of having any ownership in trying to fix issues. There is so much mistrust in the company and annual reviews are very subjective based on personal feelings instead of objectiveness and evidence.

    Advice to Management

Get some external, professional guidance on team building, and trust.
