It is a trusting environment with great people. Constantly growing and getting better as a system and a staff. It's always great to see some of your own ideas and work come to life and be used to help the company grow.

SignUp4 has been a great work environment. You are constantly given the opportunities for growth. I've been here a few years and I've seen personally the way that management consistently rewards hard work with increasing responsibilities and promotions. It is a workplace that really demonstrates that you get what you give. Management really trusts their employees and this gives us the opportunity live up to that trust. The agile nature of the business also provides an incredible variety of tasks that keeps me interested in all of the different things I'm doing, and also allows me to work with people in all departments. The work-life balance has been fantastic. Management realizes that everyone has a life outside, and also that if you do work all the time you will get burned out. Paid time off is great, and compensation has been competitive.
