      ✔️ Minimal work, maximum chill ✔️ 3-hour breaks built into the shift ✔️ Getting paid to exist (mostly)

      Cons

      No work place safety, same gloves need to use for five days, most people take long break-no one question, poor management, doesn't care quality of production.

      The Head Quarter in the US controls too much the Canadian team. Too many changes the last year and they are not positive.
