Pros

Good Salary and good commissions too. Remote work Good training

Cons

Micromanagement, doesn't matter if you have results, they'll obsess with your idle time VERY toxic environment, they will tell you that you won't be able to find a better job, that we have it really good because their bosses at previous jobs were more toxic than they are. Don't listen to employee feedback (they made a survey, where they admitted that no one read it, nor it was communicated to the leadership team. They hire and fire really fast by saying that if you're not good, then you're out, which makes sense, except that they know they hire people with no experience, but expect the moon from them. One of their employees made me cry by being super rude and machista. Their HR and payroll team has a lot to improve as well- payments incorrectly, 13th salary was pay late and in 2 fragments. They'll change your contract really fast too and won't accept the contract and offer you initially signed. Some good employees took forever to get promoted, but leadership friends got promoted within a month (their literally first month).

Pros

Just that they hire fast

Cons

It's the worst place to work, with a lot of fake promises. Bad culture, micromanagement. I have seen people make great results and still get laid off on from one day to another, No BDR has been there for more than 6 months, it's going back in your professional career, even if you make good results just by the way they work and care so little about their employees it will look like you didn't on your work history and you will get laid off by bad results, good results, or just by asking for a vacation. I never saw someone take a vacation while at the company because of this. Everyone who was part of the team before me was replaced in the next 2-4 months, I am talking about 15 hires and layoffs a month. Even to people who won prices internally and were praised internally. Worst culture I have ever seen in a company and I have had a decent amount of experience in different types of companies, industries, and fields. They get the most out of you but have no possibility to grow, if you want to, you are laid off and replaced by someone new that's willing to do the hard work for little to no money. Really as a piece of truthful advice, don't take this offer even if it's fast, spend your time, find a good company that cares about their employees, and don't believe all the fake promises and commissions they sell you on the recruitment process. Here your career will go backwards.
