      Ugh, what is going on?

      Pros

      Remote work, that's about it.

      Cons

      Everything else. Company has a weak brand and a months long interview process only to offer you mediocre pay and expensive benefits. There are a core group of people who have been there for years, and they run everything and no one can say different or even has a chance to express a different opinion. They want to compete on a higher level, but have almost no idea how to get there. Limited vision. They use slack to report on every 5 minutes if you are out of the office. I empathize that they are consulting based, so reliant on clients and customers to pay the bills. Many issues not mentioned here. Would not recommend.

      Pros

      == GREAT work/life balance. There is no email or messaging after 7 PM. No one is expected to give up evening hour "family time" for needless project delays. == no boundary between sales and marketing == all employees/stakeholders have equal value and input == we not only learn from each other but from our bosses (never happened to me before!) == we craft solutions and methodologies, not software and technology -agnostic. That means we can always find the best solution for the customer, not just companies we have alliances with == We all learn and grow professionally on a daily and weekly basis == Amazing founders and top management; best I've ever worked with == Almost NO email, due to our nimble and efficient use of SLACK and other tools == We easily collaborate on all content creation with GSuite. Love it!

      Cons

      == Priorities can briefly change, but swiftly; You must be nimble. == Not a con for me, but for some people; you must do a *great* deal of self-management == Day starts a bit early if you're on the west coast (6:30 AM)

      Pros

      - Being a totally remote company; work and meetings are extremely flexible time-wise. - [A] is full of people that love to teach and learn, so there is always an opportunity to become more than you are.

      Cons

      - You must be willing to work independently and interdependently, as no one is looking over your shoulder or holding your hand, but you are expected to communicate well with your team.
