Tons of autonomy and control of your own schedule. As a sales rep, you will have tons of ownership within your role.

Cons

You need to be VERY comfortable with change. SimpleTexting has a young sales org and is still going through growing pains with different processes and workflows.

- Hands-off leadership team that's driven by results - Plenty of learning opportunities - Supportive environment that's free of big egos - Lots of transparency from partners - Growing user base but the team is still nimble and can launch new initiatives quickly - Work-life balance. My managers take an interest in my life and want to make sure I’m happy in my role. - The yearly meetups are fun

Cons

- Typical growing pains of a scaling company - If you’re a self-starter who can set your own goals (that are aligned with the company's) and then work to meet them with minimal supervision, you’ll thrive here. However, if you prefer very structured environments where you're assigned a set of tasks, this may not be the place for you. - Working remotely isn’t for everyone. It does require discipline.
