      Great advancement within the company if you apply to other positions, Great friendly staff dependent on the location

      Cons

      Back orders are a consistent problem Low HR staff When company was taking over, bonuses and overtime were cut. Health insurance is worth less than a sock without it's other half. Will get denied over anything
