Technically strong senior members and managers. Very good and rigorous training will be provided to freshers before they get into project development. Once you get trained, you will be able to handle any kind of project. Friendly atmosphere and office location is in cool place. Salary will be good or average for experienced employees. Good place for freshers to start career.
Cons
Work on weekends to meet deadlines(Not always though). Employees may be deployed in client places in Bangalore. 9 hours login if you are working in offshore office. Hiring process is bit difficult even for freshers which includes coding followed by technical interview. Very less number of leaves compared to other organizations. If you avail sick leaves on Friday or Monday, you might need to prove that really you were sick.
