      Great Family Atmosphere For A Great Career

      Pros

      Family Atmosphere with Good Work Life Balance. Great opportunity for a long career as the average tenure is over 10 years. If you are interested in sales there is a significant income opportunity however all employees are given the opportunity to make extra income. Co-workers feel more like family and it is a place you can enjoy coming to work every day.

      Cons

      If you make promises to Sr. Management and don't keep them your tenure will be short. Not recommended for the unmotivated & undisciplined.

      Pros

      Some good claims support, 1 risk control guy was very good.

      Cons

      Principal of agency has tight control over which accounts are worked on which means as a producer you can bring in a great prospect that owner will arbitrarily refuse to work on. Notorious for offering barely competitive salaries and then finding an excuse to cut your pay. Some report cuts of 50% after as little as six months.
